Choose Your Research Package
Each package is tailored to your unique needs and research goals. All packages include a free consultation to assess your specific situation.
Basic Package
Family tree up to 4 generations (if possible). Best for clients with basic knowledge of parents and grandparents. DNA testing highly recommended but not required.
Advanced Package
Family tree up to 6 generations (if possible). Best for clients wanting in-depth family history or with specific genealogical questions. DNA testing required for validation.
Special Case Package
For adoption, paternity questions, or other special circumstances. Requires DNA testing and includes in-depth consultation to assess unique needs.
Individual Coaching
For clients who want to create their own family trees with expert guidance. Includes tree building basics, record validation, and DNA match organization.
Transparent Pricing
Research Rate: $75 per hour
All projects are billed at $75 per research hour, plus any incurred expenses such as purchasing records not available through included paid services. Each project includes a service agreement covering what is included in fees.
Free Consultation
Every client receives a free consultation that includes a client questionnaire and live review of any existing family tree information you may have. This helps us determine the best package for your needs and provide an accurate assessment of what we can accomplish.
Client-Controlled Budget
We use a preauthorization system that gives you control over your budget. After an initial assessment, you authorize a number of research hours. We provide results before requesting authorization for continued research, keeping your project within budget.

We start with a free consultation to assess your unique needs and determine the best package for your situation. You’ll fill out a questionnaire about what you already know about your family history.
2. Assessment & Proposal
After reviewing your information, I provide a detailed assessment of what we can accomplish and recommend the best approach for your goals.
3. Research & Discovery
Once you authorize the project, I begin research tailored to your specific goals, using both traditional document research and genetic genealogy when appropriate.
4. Results & Reporting
You receive comprehensive research reports with all findings, documentation, and recommendations for next steps if needed.
